Who counts as a valid referral?
Any rental business operator who signs up via your unique link and starts a paid RentalFlow subscription. They must be a new account — not an existing tenant or someone who already signed up through a different path.
When does my $20 credit arrive?
Your $20 credit is added to your Stripe customer balance automatically when your referred operator makes their first paid subscription payment. It applies against your next invoice — no action needed on your end.
Can I refer myself or create fake accounts?
No. The referral system is tied to new tenant signups, and self-referrals or duplicate accounts are removed. Abuse may result in your referral code being disabled.
What if the person I referred cancels before subscribing?
Credits are only applied when the referred operator actually subscribes (pays). If they sign up but never subscribe, no credit is issued to either party.
How many operators can I refer?
As many as you want. There's no cap. Every operator you refer who subscribes earns you another $20 credit — and saves them $20 on their first month.
Do I need to do anything to apply the discount?
Nothing. The referred operator gets the $20 coupon automatically applied at checkout when they sign up via your link. Your $20 credit lands on your account automatically after they pay.
